Abba Father,

We pray for the upcoming school year. Please give our governors, state boards of education, administrators, counselors and teachers wisdom and discernment as they make difficult decisions about how to proceed. Guide them as they strive to create an environment that is safe, nurturing and conducive for learning. Most importantly, let them hear Your Voice saying, “This is the way, walk in it” (Isaiah 30:21). And let them heed it.

In Jesus’ Name, we pray.
