Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the freedom we find in Your Son, Jesus Christ. The shackles of sin, which once bound us, have been broken. Our strongholds have been torn down; our souls washed clean in His precious blood. We have been “crucified with Christ. It is no longer (us) who live, but Christ who lives in (us)” (Galatians 2:20).

We pray our grandchildren experience the freedom, which comes from having Jesus in their hearts. Please strengthen them so they “stand firm… (and) not submit again to a yoke of slavery” (Galatians 5:1).

We pray this in Jesus’ name,

Amen.
